What is a Megalodon

The Megalodon was the biggest shark to ever swim our oceans. They lived around 20 million years ago and only went extinct about 3.6 million years ago. the meg was a fierce predator that could grow up to 18 meters in length, thats 3 times longer than the longest great white shark ever recorded! its jaws were so big and lined with over 200 sharp teeth, when open wide the megalodon could swallow 2 adult humans stood side by side.
